DaisyRain is a small business run by one person around a young family, so replies come from a real human rather than a queue. We reply within 1 to 2 business days, usually sooner.
Before you write
A few things that help us help you faster.
- Order questions. Include your order number if you have one.
- Pre-orders. Arrival windows are listed on each product page and on our pre-ordering page.
- Something damaged. A photo helps enormously, and means we can sort it in one exchange rather than four.
- Gift orders. Tell us the occasion and the date you need it by.
Wholesale and stockists
