Where we ship

We ship within Australia only. Every order is packed and sent from Queensland.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $250. Free shipping does not apply to bulky rattan pieces, which have their own shipping below.

Bulky rattan pieces

Large rattan pieces have a flat $59.95 shipping fee. Rattan orders over $600 ship free.

When your order is sent

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

Pre-order items are sent once they arrive with us. The expected arrival is shown on each pre-order product page.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

PO boxes and parcel lockers

We can deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers. This may cost a little extra, depending on the order.

Orders with pre-order and in-stock items

If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, everything is sent together when the pre-order items arrive.

If the pre-order item is 14 days or more away, you can ask us to send your in-stock items first. Just email us to ask, otherwise we will send everything together. An extra shipping fee applies.
