Refund policy

Change of mind

You can return an item within 14 days of the date we send your order if you change your mind. It must be unused, unwashed and have its tags attached.

Return postage is at your cost, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Refund or store credit

You can choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and are processed within 7 days of your return reaching us.

If you choose store credit, we add an extra 5% as a little thank you. Store credit can be used for 12 months.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. We cover the return postage.

You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged in full when you place your order.

You can cancel a pre-order within 48 hours of ordering. After that, pre-orders can't be cancelled for change of mind.

If the arrival date changes, we'll let you know as soon as we hear. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return

Email daisyrainboutique@hotmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
